No. Downloading and using it is free on both platforms, and the Kafeterija Club has no membership fee. You only pay for what you order.

Yes. With every order you choose whether you're collecting it from the cafe or want it delivered. Delivery is not available in every part of the city.
You pay by card inside the app and just collect the order at the counter. Paying at the cafe is still an option if you prefer it.
