Kafeterija Academy
Training
Learn to make coffee like a professional, from your first espresso to master level. Courses are taught by certified trainers, and each one ends in a Kafeterija certificate.
Kafeterija Academy
Learn from baristas who work behind the bar every day. Courses are taught by certified trainers and Kafeterija's head barista.
What you get:
- Every course is one-to-one: your trainer works with you alone, at your own pace.
- We schedule sessions together, around your commitments. A session usually runs about 3 hours.
- Training takes place in Dorćol or at Belgrade Waterfront, depending on availability.
- Training is also available in English.
- Programmes follow the standards of the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA).
- You receive a Kafeterija certificate at the end of the course.
Programmes
The first three courses each cover a single technique. Basic, Advanced and Master form a career track in which every level contains the one below it, and the Coffee workshop is a one-day programme for small groups.
Espresso
Espresso is the heart of every café. In this course you learn how to get the best out of every cup, from dialling in the grinder and working the machine to reading extraction and taste. The training is hands-on: you work the machine yourself, with a certified trainer at your side.
