The subscription renews automatically: charge and delivery once a month. Your card is charged on the day of the month you activate the subscription, and we ship so that the coffee arrives on the first Monday of the month, and within 1–3 working days at the latest.
Pause or cancel
Pause (1–3 deliveries) or cancel in your account at least 48 hours before the charge; later than that, it applies from the following month.
When a cancellation applies
A cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid: you still receive that delivery, and its price is not refunded.
14 days to withdraw
You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the first shipment; we refund the price of unopened packs.

The subscriber price depends on the total weight of coffee you order in one delivery, not which pack size you pick. Both sizes (204 g and 1 kg) are open to every buyer, individuals and companies alike; individuals and companies each have their own price list. Capsules are not part of the subscription. Every coffee shows its regular price and its subscriber price per bag for each quantity, so you see the exact amount before you order. The subscriber price applies to subscriptions only.
