- Welcome and serve guests with care and courtesy
- Know our menu and help guests choose
- Take orders and coordinate with the bar and kitchen so everything arrives correct and on time
- Charge bills and keep the till accurate
- Keep tables and the guest area clean and tidy
- Check stock, expiry dates and correct storage of products
- Secondary education, three- or four-year
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Courtesy and attentiveness with guests
- Responsibility, tidiness and good organisation
- Willingness to work with the team and learn our menu
- Training on coffee, brewing methods and our menu
