- Prepare dishes from our menu to set recipes
- Prepare ingredients and keep an eye on taste, quality and portion size
- Organise stock and flag what needs restocking in time
- Keep ingredients properly stored and fresh
- Keep the kitchen and equipment clean and tidy
- Apply food hygiene and safety rules in everyday work
- At least a year of experience in a restaurant kitchen
- Know your way around kitchen techniques and dish preparation
- Work responsibly, tidily and in an organised way
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office
- A culinary diploma is an advantage
