You can cancel your subscription or pause it for 1–3 deliveries in your account, under “My subscriptions”, at least 48 hours before the charge; later than that, it applies from the following month. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid.

Once a month, on the day of the month you activated the subscription, and we ship so that the coffee arrives on the first Monday of the month, and within 1–3 working days at the latest. Up to 48 hours before the charge you can change the coffee or the quantity in your account.

The subscriber price depends on the total weight of coffee you order in one delivery, not which pack size you pick. Both sizes (204 g and 1 kg) are open to every buyer, individuals and companies alike; individuals and companies each have their own price list. Capsules are not part of the subscription. Every coffee shows its regular price and its subscriber price per bag for each quantity, so you see the exact amount before you order. The subscriber price applies to subscriptions only.
